On June 23rd I spent the day in Nordegg. I worked on a few chores during the day, including splitting yet more firewood. In the evening I went out for a short walk around the neighborhood.
I ended up over at the rock pile, near the edge of the subdivision, and noticed some cool fossils in the limestone boulders. The evening light was really soft and beautiful and I managed to get a couple of nice snapshots with my phone.
Later in the evening, when I got back to the cottage, I realized it was my anniversary. I sent Happy Anniversary wishes to Margarit, and it seems she had forgotten as well.
