The summer hockey season is now more than half done. I have only made it to five of the nine games we have played so far. I need to make an effort to get out to as many of the remaining games as possible.
After we lost our first two games, and then tied the third, the league moved us down to a lower division. We are now in the lowest of the five divisions. I'm not quite sure why that move was made, as we were reasonably competitive, despite the losses. We now sit in first place in the lowest division, head and shoulders above all the other teams. We have six wins, while the other teams only have one or two wins each. Its doubtful that the league will make any further divisional moves as there are only three games remaining in the regular season.
