It seems I was premature in my announcement about our upcoming Beer Parlour Project outing. Team member Connie has taken a turn for the worse. She was rushed into hospital last night and is in significant pain. The doctors are conducting a bunch of tests to determine if this is resulting from the chemotherapy that was recently initiated, or if the cancer is getting worse. Needless to say we will not be heading out to the hotel on Friday as originally planned.
Hopefully over the coming days and weeks there is some improvement and we can consider rescheduling this outing.
