Lakeshore Aspens

This is another shot on Agfapan 25, from a recently processed batch of 4x5 sheet film.  This was developed in Adox APH-09 at 1:50 for 13:00 minutes.  I took this shot on January 2nd of this year, at about 2:00 in the afternoon.  It was taken with my Ebony 4x5 view camera and a Rodenstock 90mm wide angle lens.  A #8 Yellow filter was used to increase contrast a little.

These aspens are on the shore of Abraham Lake.  That is the shoulder of Mount Michener visible on the right side, and Wapta Kista visible in the distance through the trees.  In the late summer, when the reservoir has filled, these trees are often standing in a couple of feet of water.
