This is another recently developed sheet of Kodak T-Max 100 film. This is from one of the outdated ReadyLoad film packets that I took along with me. I shot this last fall, when Margarit and I were exploring in southern Saskatchewan.
I rated the film at 80 iso and gave it normal development in 510 Pyro. The photograph was taken on September 19th 2024, at about 5:20 in the evening. I used my Ebony view camera and a 125mm lens. A #25 Red Filter lowered the value of the sky, deepened the shadows, and lightened the value of the foreground grass.
This ghost town in often visited and well known by photographers. There's not much left, just these elevators and a handful of empty buildings. It is located in the Rural Municipality of Coulee No. 136. I last visited here in 2013 when my friend Rob and I were returning from delivering our prints to the Art Gallery of Regina for our Procession West show. The buildings have certainly deteriorated a lost in the past dozen years.
