Potty Chair

This negative is from the recently processed batch of T-Max 100.  This particular sheet was a 4" x 5" ReadyLoad packet that expired in 2009.  I rated the film at 80 iso and developed in 510 Pyro.

This shot was taken while Margarit and I were exploring southern Saskatchewan last fall.  We found this old potty chair in an abandoned farm yard.  It was just sitting as you see it here, and so I photographed it.  My thought was this might be an option for my Apparitions project.

I took this shot on September 21st 2024 at about 2:30 in the afternoon.  I used my Ebony view camera and a 125mm lens.  A #8 yellow filter lightened the foreground grass, and created some separation in the sky.  The exposure was for 1/30 second at F22.
