The kitchen renovations came to a stand-still for about a week. The contractor had completed pretty much all of the demolition and preparation work. We were awaiting delivery of the cabinets, and they were running behind schedule. There was nothing to do but wait....
This image is of our virtually empty kitchen awaiting delivery of the new cabinets. The antique door that will become the door to our pantry is on saw horses in the middle of the room, being re-finished. I took this panoramic image with my phone on June 29th, about a month into the process...
On June 30th the cabinets were delivered. Suddenly our kitchen became very full and we are looking forward to installation getting underway...
