The pre-season came to an end this morning for the Renegades, on a positive note. We faced off against our old rivals, the Hungry Beavers, at KofC Arena, at 11:00AM. We jumped out to a 5-1 lead by the end of the first period, and never looked back. The final score was 11-3. This brings us to the end of the pre-season, with a record of 4 wins and 1 loss. In the next day or so the league will finalize divisional placement, and release a block of the regular season schedule. It will be nice to have the schedule for a few weeks in advance. Through the pre-season the matchups have been decided on a game by game basis. Our success in the pre-season will probably see us moving up a little in the ranking. We look forward to the 25 game regular season getting underway in the coming days.
