Here is a second shot of that dried out mud hole in the Buckskin Gulch at Vermillion Cliffs National Monument. This image is from the collection of negatives that I am currently editing, so that I can make an album from my three trips to the area.
This negative is a sheet of Fuji Acros 100, rated at 64 so and given Normal development in Rodinal 1:50, for 8:00 minutes. I shot this on October 15th 2013, at about 3:00 in the afternoon. I used my Ebony view camera and a 125mm lens. A #25 Red Filter jacked up the contrast a little and separated the clouds from the sky. The exposure was for 1/4 second at F18.0.
