Baking

On August 8th, while out at my cottage, I decided to bake a batch of rolls.  I used a French Bread recipe that I had tried once before.  Last time I baked it as loaves, while this time I decided to do it as rolls.  They turned out pretty good, but I think I could have baked them maybe a few minutes longer, and that might have increased the crustiness.  All the same, they were really good, and I enjoyed them, and they were gone within a couple of days.
