This was the last full day of our summer vacation. Although there would be a Day 9, it was just to be a driving day. On this day we just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves in the campsite. Once again the weather was beautiful and we were fortunate that for most of this trip we had great weather. We wandered around the forest and took a few snapshots of interesting things. We spent a little time down by the river. And we enjoyed a barbecue and fire that evening. The next morning we would pack up and reluctantly make our way back home. Karl and Martina had to return their rental motorhome to a dealership in Calgary. They would spend one more night in the Canmore area and then drive into Calgary the following morning. After dropping off their rental motorhome they would pick up a car and make the drive up to our house in Edmonton. The girls and I pounded the highway all the way home to unpack, do laundry and relax. I had to return to work the next morning...
