We got about four inches of fresh snow at the cottage. I believe that it fell overnight, on my birthday. This shot below was taken from one of the security cameras at the property. This was taken the next day, on April 18th in the late afternoon. By the next day it had started to melt, and by today the temperature popped up to about +15C, and most of the snow is gone. But there is more in the forecast later this week. That's just normal for the front ranges of the Rocky Mountains. You can get snow at any time of year. I have seen it out at Nordegg in all twelve months. I plan on heading out in the coming days and may experience some of it first hand.
