The Renegades played last night at Grand Trunk Arena against the Rhinos. Our new goaltender Paul was out for his third start. It was a very hot day with the afternoon temperature up around +30C. It was just sweltering as we put on our equipment in the dressing room. It was a little better out on the ice, but it was still very hot. We played a close game against the Rhinos and took a 2-1 lead into the third period. Just like last time we scored three times in the third, though not short handed this time, to coast to a 5-1 victory. The timing is great to go onto a bit of a roll like this as there are two regular season games left before the playoffs get underway.
