I set out this morning with a friend to scout some urban locations here in the city. The weather was awful... -16C, with a stiff breeze out of the northwest. The temperature, with the windchill factored in was around -25C. We just got a dump of about a foot of snow in the last 48 hours, and it is still snowing lightly. The snow removal crews are just getting started on the daunting task at hand and the streets, particularly the sidestreets, are pretty much impassable without four wheel drive. I took my Hasselblad with me, but it never came out of the truck. That said, we did find some interesting locations that are worth going back to when conditions improve.
